Terms and conditions of the platform:

  • Definitions: For the purposes of this documents, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth opposite each of them, unless the context requires otherwise.

  • Platform: The website dedicated to evaluating the experiences of companies and institutions with suppliers or other entities.

  • User: Any company or institution that registers on the platform and uses its services.

  • Reviewer: The company or institution that creates a review of its business experience with another entity.

  • Reviewed Entity: The company, supplier, or institution being reviewed.

  • Registration:

  • Registration is limited to companies and institutions only, using the official email associated with the company's or institution's domain.

  • The user must provide a valid and active email address, where a verification code will be sent to complete the registration process.

  • The company or institution must create a unique password, and the company's domain name shall serve as the official username for accessing the platform.

  • Reviews:

  • 3.1. The most recent review date provided by the reviewer shall be adopted in displaying results on the platform.

  • 3.2. The reviewer conducting the assessment shell have the right to amend the evaluation of the supplier or service provider at any time, provided that the date of the most recent evaluation is adopted in the results.

  • 3.3. Reviews shall only be accepted if they relate to business interactions that occurred within past three (3) years from the date of submission.

  • 3.4. The company or institution is not permitted to evaluate itself.

  • Liability:

  • The platform shall not be held responsible for the content of published reviews and does not have the authority to alter or remove reviews once published.

  • The platform aims to build a reliable database that enhances transparency and contributes to improving the quality of business in global markets.

  • The reviewer bears full responsibility for the accuracy and authenticity of the information provided in the review, which must be based on an actual and direct business experience.

  • The platform assumes no liability for any decisions or outcomes resulting from the use of published reviews, as such decisions remain solely the responsibility of the concerned parties.

  • General Provisions:

  • 5.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws and regulations applicable in the jurisdiction where the platform is operated.

  • 5.2. The platform reserves the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time, and continued use of the platform constitutes implicit acceptance of the updated terms.

  • 5.3. The electronic version of these terms and conditions shall be deemed the primary and binding reference in the event of any ambiguity or conflict in interpretation.
